The 2021 Riverside Real Estate market is in full swing and in short it is the fiercest seller’s market I have seen in my 30 years in residential real estate. Low inventory, low interest rates, high demand and bidding wars will be the name of the game for Riverside home buyers and sellers in 2021.

My prediction for 2021 is that prices in Princeton’s Riverside neighborhood will be at an all time high and sellers who put their homes on the market will earn top dollar!
